ELIGIBILITY:
All entries must have a valid UPA registration card and must present proof at weigh-in. Fee is $40.00 per card, $25.00 for High School divisions. Registration will be available at weigh-ins.

First weigh ins: 9am - 11 am
Second weigh ins: 4pm - 6pm

MANDATORY rules meeting and contest lifts for ALL LIFTERS
ENTRY FEE:
A fee of $130.00 must accompany this entry form for Full Power or $75.00 for Bench Only. Add $10.00 for UPA (tested) division. Add $30.00 for each additional division. Add $50.00 if entering both UPA and UPA-AD. A $30.00 late fee will be charged for entries received after Nov. 21, 2025. No refunds on entry fees. No same day entries will be accepted without approval from Wt Franklin.
PAY OUTS FOR PRO MEET:
$1,000 First Place
$500 Second Place
$250 Third Place
UNIFORMS:
Must have one-piece lifting suit or a wrestling singlet.
