ELIGIBILITY:
All entries must have a valid UPA registration card and must present proof at weigh-in. Fee is $40.00 per card, $25.00 for High School divisions. Registration will be available at weigh-ins.

Friday Dec 5th
First weigh ins: 9am - 11 am
Second weigh ins: 4pm - 6pm

Saturday, Dec 6th at 10 AM
MANDATORY rules meeting and contest lifts for ALL LIFTERS
Entry Fee:
A fee of $105.00 must accompany this entry form for Full Power or $75.00 for Bench Only. Add $10.00 for UPA (tested) division. Add $30.00 for each additional division. Add $50.00 if entering both UPA and UPA-AD. A $30.00 late fee will be charged for entries received after Nov. 21, 2025. No refunds on entry fees. No same day entries will be accepted without approval from Wt Franklin.
UNIFORMS:
Must have one-piece lifting suit or a wrestling singlet.
